Marketing Coordinator
This is a temporary part-time role that could potentially be extended. Ideal for an entry-level marketer that is doing fractional work. Could also be an internship.
Duties include:
- Harmonizing LinkedIn posts with Blog posts with our product’s Knowledge Base
- Set up proper tracking for site visits, outreach and retargeting in HubSpot
- Create newsletter templates and targeting
- Website improvements ad hoc
- Devise and execute a regular cadence for company LinkedIn posts
Your background:
- Experience with LinkedIn, WordPress and HubSpot desirable
- Excellent writing skills
- Organized
- 20 hrs/week - Flexible
- 2 months, extension optional

Campaign Coordinator
This is a temporary part-time role that could potentially be extended. Ideal for an entry-level marketer that is doing fractional work. Could also be an internship.
Duties include:
- Managing outbound email campaigns for clients (using our proprietary tool)
- Periodic updates to client on progress and metrics
- Drafting brief text emails for campaigns
Your background:
- Excellent writing skills
- Organized
- Comfortable with the occasional video meeting to update client
- 10 hrs/week - Flexible

- Remote - US preferred
