The aim is enable users to contact Prospects when circumstances are ideal, and to keep track of the ever-fluctuating market for their startup.

The following events are known to trigger re-scoring:

• Acquisitions
• Financing rounds, including public, private and debt
• Rapid growth in headcount or revenue

Radar notices also alert when a new Prospect has become a viable acquirer, either because of a score change or because they were recently added to our database.

Radar alerts are sent weekly by email. Later this month we are releasing a Slack app so they can be delivered to a Slack channel.
