Enterprise Contact Information Validation Disclaimer:
Inorganic does not independently validate the contact information of Enterprises listed on our platform. Startups are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy of contact details before conducting outreach through Inorganic.
Anti-SPAM Compliance Notice:
Users conducting outreach through the Inorganic platform must comply with all applicable anti-SPAM laws. Prohibited Opportunities Disclaimer:
Startups should not post opportunities on Inorganic that involve activities which may be illegal in certain jurisdictions. This includes, but is not limited to, businesses involving cannabis, controlled substances, pornography, gambling, and firearms. Posting such content may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
User Blocking Rights:
Inorganic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block or terminate the account of any user for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, violations of our terms of service, engaging in illegal activities, or other behaviors deemed inappropriate by Inorganic.
Limitation of Liability:
Inorganic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to reliance on information obtained on the platform.
